About these terms
By using the Invis VPN app and the VPN service it connects to, you agree to these terms. The licence for the app is set out in the EULA and our handling of data in the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use Invis VPN.
-
Who runs Invis VPN
D.E.O.N. INVESTMENT LTD, Cyprus (LUMIEL BUILDING, Floor 4, 61 Lordou Vyronos, Larnaca 6023, Cyprus) — “we” and “us” below.
-
What you get
Invis VPN carries your device’s internet traffic through an encrypted tunnel to the server location you select. Locations and features may be added, changed or withdrawn over time. We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work, reach a given speed or be reachable from every network.
-
Free use and subscriptions
Some locations can be used free of charge. Others, or extra features, may need a paid subscription bought in the app through the App Store. Before you buy, the app shows the price and the length of the period. Payment is taken from your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you switch off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you can do that in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
-
Fair use
You may not use Invis VPN for anything unlawful or harmful — for example to attack, scan or break into other systems, to send spam or malware, to infringe the rights of others or to share child sexual abuse material. Do not resell access, flood our servers or try to bypass the limits of your plan.
-
Where VPNs are restricted
Some countries limit or ban VPN use. Checking that you may use Invis VPN where you are is your responsibility.
-
Suspension and ending
You can stop at any time by deleting the app; to end a paid subscription, also cancel it in your Apple Account. We may suspend or cut off a device that breaks these terms, or when the law or the security of the service requires it.
-
No promises beyond the law
Invis VPN is offered “as is”. A VPN makes you far harder to watch on the networks you use, but it does not make you anonymous and cannot shield you from every risk. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain in full.
-
Limits on liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, nor for losses caused by networks and services we do not control. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or wherever the law forbids such a limit.
-
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms; the date at the top tells you which version applies. Continuing to use Invis VPN after a revision means the new version applies to you.
-
Law and courts
The law of the Republic of Cyprus governs these terms, and the Cypriot courts hear disputes. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country they live in.
