Visible to us

Device ID

When the app starts for the first time it creates its own keys on your device and registers the public half with our server, together with the app and iOS version. In return the device gets a random ID. That ID does not reveal your name, e-mail address or Apple Account. We hold it for as long as the registration exists and remove it when you ask.

Tunnel address

Each time you connect, your device is given a temporary private address inside our VPN network. It stays linked to the device ID while your access lasts and for 30 days afterwards. Your public IP address is not stored.

Connection diagnostics

After every connection attempt the app reports whether it succeeded, which server, port and protocol it used, how long each stage took, any error code, the app and iOS version, and whether you were on Wi-Fi or mobile data. These reports carry nothing but the device ID, serve only to find and fix connection faults, and are deleted after 30 days.

Invisible to us

We do not record the websites you open, your DNS queries, the content of your traffic or your public IP address. We have no access to your name, e-mail address or phone number (unless you write to us), your Apple Account, payment card, contacts, photos, location or advertising identifier.

Subscriptions

If the app offers a paid subscription and you buy one, Apple takes the payment — we never see your card. To open the locations your plan includes, the app passes your device ID and the App Store purchase record to Adapty, a subscription service that checks the purchase on our behalf. Nothing else about you is shared for this.

When you e-mail us

Your e-mail address and anything you put in the message are used only to reply to you, and kept for no longer than 24 months after your question is settled.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell, use or disclose to third parties any data for any purpose. There is no profiling and no advertising, and the app has no third-party analytics or advertising code. The companies that host our servers and e-mail, and the subscription service named above, process data only on our instructions and must protect it as carefully as this policy does.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or have it erased, and you can object to how we use it. We do not know who you are, so please tell us roughly when you began using the app — that lets us find your device’s records. Removing the app from your device does not remove its registration from our server; e-mail us for that. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Updates

If a new version of the app treats data differently, this page will change before that version is released, and the date above will move.
