Legal
End User License Agreement
In force from 21 October 2026
This agreement sets the rules for the Invis VPN app downloaded through Apple’s App Store. It is concluded between you and D.E.O.N. INVESTMENT LTD, called “the developer” below.
-
Who is bound
Only you and the developer sign up to this agreement; Apple Inc. does not. Responsibility for the app and its content lies with the developer alone and never with Apple.
-
What the licence allows
You may install and run the app on Apple-branded devices in your ownership or under your control, in line with the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The licence is yours personally: it is not exclusive and cannot be handed on to anyone else. Accounts tied to the buyer’s account through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may use the app as well.
-
What it does not allow
Unless a law gives you that right in so many words, do not copy, adapt, rent out, sublicense or pass on the app, and do not take it apart by decompiling or reverse-engineering it. The VPN service itself is covered by the Terms of Use.
-
New versions
The developer may publish updates that bring, change or drop features. When an update becomes mandatory, earlier versions may stop connecting.
-
Help with the app
Support and upkeep of the app come from the developer, reachable at the address below. Apple is under no duty whatsoever to maintain or support the app.
-
If the app falls short of a warranty
Any warranty for the app that the law imposes and that has not been validly excluded is the developer’s to honour. Should the app breach such a warranty, you can let Apple know and Apple will give back the price you paid for the app, if you paid one. Beyond that refund, and as far as the law permits, Apple owes nothing under any warranty for the app; every other claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense that flows from the breach falls on the developer alone.
-
Claims about the app
It is for the developer, and not for Apple, to answer claims made by you or by anyone else that concern the app or the way you hold or use it. That covers, among others, product liability, assertions that the app does not comply with a legal or regulatory rule, and claims based on consumer-protection, privacy or comparable legislation.
-
Rights of others
Where someone alleges that the app, or your holding or use of it, breaches their intellectual property, the developer alone — not Apple — looks into the allegation, defends it, settles it and discharges it.
-
Sanctions
By using the app you state that you are neither in a country placed under embargo by the U.S. Government nor in one that it has labelled as supporting terrorism, and that your name is not on any U.S. Government list of barred or restricted persons.
-
Your other agreements
While using the app you remain bound by the conditions of any third party that apply to that use — your mobile carrier’s or Wi-Fi provider’s terms, for instance.
-
Apple’s right to enforce
Apple and the companies it controls benefit from this agreement as third parties. When you accept it, Apple gains — and is treated as having taken up — the right to hold you to it.
-
How the licence ends
The licence runs until it is ended. You end it by removing the app; the developer may also end it. Breaking any of these rules ends it at once with no notice needed, and you must then remove every copy of the app.
-
Applicable law
Cypriot law applies to this agreement. As a consumer, you still enjoy the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
