iOS asks me to “Add VPN Configurations”

That is normal the first time you slide to connect. iOS lets an app send traffic through a VPN only after you approve it once. Tap Allow, then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.

The app will not connect
  1. Make sure your device has internet access with the VPN off.
  2. Choose a different location, or use Fastest location.
  3. Set the date and time automatically in Settings → General → Date & Time — encrypted connections fail when the clock is wrong.
  4. Quit the app completely and open it again.

Still no luck? E-mail us your device model, iOS version, the location you picked and about when it happened.

A site or app looks different with the VPN on

Your traffic now seems to come from the country of the server, so some services change language or content or ask you to prove you are not a robot. A location nearer to you usually helps.

Managing a subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To see, change or cancel one, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Removing Invis VPN

Delete the app like any other. If a VPN entry is left behind, remove it in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → VPN. Deleting the app does not remove your device’s registration from our server — ask us and we will.

Getting or erasing your data

E-mail us to receive a copy of your data or to have it erased. Since there is no account, tell us roughly when you started using the app. More in the Privacy Policy.
